How do I become a member?

Step 2: Select the membership level that best suits your needs.
Step 3: Complete your membership sign up.

What do I need to create an account?
All you need is your email address, password, and a form of payment.
Once you register for a membership, you will need to check your email to finish activating the customer account that has been created for you. Once you create a password for your account, you will be logged in and have immediate access to purchase.
Does it cost?
Yes, each membership level has different pricing and benefits. Please visit our SIGN UP page for pricing and a breakdown of what each membership level has to offer.
"What are the different membership levels you offer?"
We offer four (4) types of membership; SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM, and TITANIUM. Each membership level comes with different benefits, please visit our sign up page to see what each has to offer.
“What are the rules of the site as it pertains to DROP vs SHOP and membership level?”
1) During a DROP all members are allowed to buy ANY item(s) they want within THE DROP section regardless of membership level.
2) All DROP's are active for 5 days but sell out quickly so shop fast.
3) Some DROP's are limited, meaning one (1) item per customer, and some are unlimited meaning you can buy as much as you want. You'll receive an email before each DROP with buying rules.
4) Our SHOP is open 24/7/365 and items are shop-able based on your membership level. Please check the details of each item BEFORE you make your purchase to avoid any confusion.
“How long does it take until I get access to products?”
You can buy immediately after you register for a membership.
“Do you ship internationally?”
We only ship within the United States at the moment.
International customers should look into a United States forwarding address service.
“Do I need a CONFIRMED PayPal address to be a member?”
Yes, your DROP and/or BOX will not ship unless your address is CONFIRMED with PayPal.
“Do I need to be a VERIFIED PayPal user to be a member?”
Yes, you must have a VERIFIED PayPal account or else your items will not ship.
“How much of one item can I purchase?"
Each item has different restrictions. Please look at the item details and it will let you know if it's "1 per member" or "unlimited".
“When do my purchases ship?"
Due to fraud screening purchases ship after five (5) business days from the date of purchase.
“Will there be enough items for every member?
Yes, we will upload merchandise every day.

DROP's are done once a month.
“Can we use a BOT or AUTO FILLER apps?"
No, each checkout is monitored by THRESHOLD, which is our tracking software. This software tracks; keystrokes, mouse clicks, space bar clicks, TAB clicks and ENTER clicks. If your checkout is faster than our pre-programmed checkout time your order will be CANCELLED and your membership terminated WITHOUT refund.
“Are sales and/or memberships refundable?"
All product sales are final/non-refundable.

“How many items will come in each BOX?”
Quantities will vary based on the retail and/or resell value of each box. Some boxes will have one (1) expensive item; others will have a mixture of items totaling the resell value of the box based on the users' membership level.
“What products come in each BOX?”
Each box will be a mixture of retail and hype items.
“Are all items in the BOX sellable?"
Yes, each box will be worth more than the membership fee.
“How will I know the value of each item in my BOX?"
We will including a packing slip in each box that lists each item by name and our current in-store price.
“Do you base your in-store prices off StockX or GOAT?"
No, we do not. We set the value of our items based on what our customer has paid in the past and what they currently pay in store. If you're looking for StockX pricing you SHOULD NOT join our website.
“Can we select the brands we want in each box?”
No, boxes are packed at random but are curated by us to give the member great value if they choose to sell each item.
“Will sneakers come in every box?”
No, but we will randomly include sneakers each month.
"Do I have to pay for the shipping of my BOX?"
Yes, each month we will send you a PayPal invoice for shipping. Once the invoice is paid your box will be shipped.
"Will my BOX ship if I DO NOT answer the verification email?"
No, your box will not ship until you provide all the information required in the verification email.
“When will my BOX ship?”
Boxes will ship on the 10th of every month as long as the member has been VERIFIED and they have paid their shipping invoice.
“If I purchase a GOLD, PLATINUM or TITANIUM membership after the 10th of the month when will my BOX ship?”
Any membership purchased AFTER the 10th day of the month will have to wait until the following month's BOX shipment. For example; if you buy your membership on November 11th, 2018 you're included in the next round of BOX shipments which goes out on December 10th, 2018.
You MUST have your membership BEFORE the 10th of each month to be included in the current month's BOX shipments.
“Can we choose the sizes of items in each box?”
Not at the moment but we are working on a “preferred size” feature for members that will allow them to put a size range in to help meet their needs. This feature should be available in mid-2019 when we reach our membership goal.
